Farncombe Estate – Cotswolds countryside

Set in 400 tranquil acres of English countryside, the Farncombe Estate consists of three stylish hotels each with their own character. Not only is the place welcoming in every aspect with very personal touches, like retro radios and quality coffee machines in the room, wellington boots for walking and range-rover cars for those lazy enough not to want to walk between the hotels, but it’s so friendly and unpretentious. Everything is relaxed with nothing too much trouble and the food is locally-sourced.The great location means you are just minutes from “chocolate-box” villages, traditional  pubs and tearooms with  gardens, historic houses and attraction within easy reach. And the nice thing is they have thought carefully about their audiences. There is plenty to keep leisure or incentive groups occupied-or your FIT customer  may just fancy a long weekend away-but rest assured, nobody will be disappointed! We have partnered up with a local business to provide our selected itineraries using minibus or taxi, which can range from one day to one week or more.

In the vicinity there’s Kifsgate Gardens dating back to 1920 with its water features and rose gardens, Broadway, nestled at Fish Hill where the monks stored their fish supplies in caves, Guiting Power, a sleepy village which originally housed just 12 cottages in 1934, Bourton-on-the-Water, referred to as Venice of the Cotswolds due to its series of low bridges that straddle the river-the list goes on and on….post Brexit and great rates, your money will certainly stretch!
